Operating at the intersection of Design and Health, the Design4Health Global Network, aims to facilitate design and health researchers, practitioners and institutions, and work to bring together an international community.
We understand that within this emerging sector, research still benefits from positioning our expertise and experiences across the spectrum of these two well established disciplines. Our visual identity has been developed to operate as a tool to help communicate this in an inclusive and connected manner.
This is a simple device, created to help people position themselves, using their own criteria, into a discipline that includes everyone from design, health and everything in-between. Choices provide a quick way to identify like minded or opposing positions, and through engagement and workshops this process has been reported as helpful as a guide for understanding where a project or organisation might sit, but in a way that bridges people together.
We hope the following spectrum guide helps you to make your choice.
Our members wall offers a simple overview of our members choices to position themselves along the Design4Health discipline. Add yours by signing up and selecting from one of five logo choices, available on your profile page.
The choices we make are focused on being a platform that supports the sector and those people working within it. With a simple approach we hope that it is the individuals, work and organisations that stand out.
