This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between D4HGN, a platform provided by partners Lab4Living, UK, and Good Health Design, NZ, (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”). This Agreement governs your use of the services provided by the Company through its website and any affiliated mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Platform as a member.

3.2 Representations and Warranties: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses granted in Section 3.1 and that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
4.1 Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
4.2 Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person or to engage in any other conduct that is harmful or offensive.
4.3 Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or the servers or networks used to make the Platform available.
4.4 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or to any other user’s account.
5. Copyright

4.1 All content provided both digitally and physically by D4HGN, remains copyright to D4HGN, partners of D4HGN, and authors of content in question.
4.2 All resources provided as downloads and links by D4HGN, remain available under an educational licence and prohibit distribution, re-selling, and any further copyrighting.
All resources provided for free or otherwise by D4HGN are for personal and non-commercial use only. By accessing these resources, you agree to the following terms:
Usage Rights: You are granted the right to use these resources for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Distribution: You may not distribute, resell, or share these resources with others. They are provided solely for individual use.
Modification: You may not modify or alter these resources in any way without prior written consent from D4HGN.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
